This table contains a list of all projects with current SLIHC Reservations which have yet to close on construction financing. This list will be updated on a quarterly basis to provide a current list of open projects in DHCR's SLIHC approved project pipeline.
This table contains a list of all other projects which received a SLIHC Reservation or Allocation since January 1, 2007. Projects listed with a (R)eservation on this list have already closed on construction financing. Projects with an (A)llocation (via carryover or IRS Form 8609 issuance) are either under construction or have been completed. This list will be updated on a quarterly basis to provide a current list of completed projects and project under construction.
