Grant Administration

The Office of Community Renewal (OCR) provides a Grant Administration Manual to assist recipients in the administration of their grants. The manual outlines some of the key tasks that should be conducted when administering a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The Grant Administration Manual also provides useful information regarding program requirements, regulations, policies and procedures. It contains exhibits and forms to be referenced or used during the implementation of the CDBG program or project.

For the convenience of CDBG recipients, fillable forms are available on our web site. Only the most recent forms will be accepted. Please make sure that you are using the most current form which will be on our website. All OCR policy or program updates will be posted to the website as well as emailed to registered users that have signed up for the OCR mailing list. You can register for the mailing list via the mailing list sign up button, located in the top right corner of our web site's main page.
