When completing the new user registration, you MUST ENTER THE FIRST AND LAST NAME OF AN INDIVIDUAL. An individual name is necessary for the affirmation and certification of the registration information.

Once you complete the new user registration you will be issued a User ID (which is displayed on your screen) and a Password will be emailed to you that will allow you to access the Annual Rent Registration system. Please make sure your spam filter allows email from

Once you become a user of the system, you will be able to add additional users to access your registration data under the Administration /User Maintenance function in the system.

NOTE: If you are the managing agent for multiple properties and are authorized to sign and certify that the services are being maintained in all properties then you do not need to acquire more than one user ID.
