The Agencies of "nyhomes" issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) from time to time to hire vendors and contractors to provide services and goods required by the Agencies. Awards are made based on the quality of the services and goods offered and at fair and reasonable prices. In addition, the Agencies encourage participation of minority, women-owned and small businesses in accordance with our MWBE Program.
