The Housing Management Bureau has revised the "Specifications for Painting" with the primary change relating to inclusion of lead safe work practices and the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule of April 22, 2010. The document supersedes the previous version and is available in pdf format on our web site at http://www.nyshcr.org/Forms/HousingManagementBureau/.
