Subject: Proposed Amendments to New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (9NYCRR) Relating to Voluntary Dissolution
As we have noted in our "Regulatory Agenda" for the past several months, the Division is presently engaged in a comprehensive review of the "Voluntary Dissolution" section of its Mitchell-Lama regulations (9NYCRR 1750). Before proposing any amendments based on this review, we wanted to provide you and other interested parties with the opportunity to participate in the rule making process.
Therefore, if you should have any comments or suggestions regarding the current Voluntary Dissolution regulations, we are asking that you submit them, in writing, no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2010 to Mr. Francis De Martini by email at: FDemartini@nyshcr.org or by U.S. mail at:
