HFA provided $11.5 million in financing for the acquisition and rehabilitation of this 179-unit, all-affordable apartment building overlooking the Hudson River. The rehabilitation included the installation of a new gas-fired heating system, as well as new windows, kitchen and bathroom replacements, and electrical upgrades in all units.
