HFA provided $23.3 million in financing, as well as subsidy funding, for Prospect Plaza Apartments in the Oceanville/Brownsville section of Brooklyn. The project contains 151 units, and it is all affordable for households with incomes at or below 60% of the Area Median Income for New York City.
