HCR's Vice President and Director of the Office of Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity
Wanda Graham is the Vice President and Director of the Office of Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity for NYS Homes & Community Renewal. Ms. Graham's primary focus is to (i) ensure compliance and to maintain a working knowledge of the Fair Housing Act, including all Federal, State and Local Laws, (ii) to implement Executive Law Article 15-A, and (iii) to ensure participation of minority and women-owned enterprises for HCR programs statewide.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Graham held several different positions within the agencies comprising HCR, including Vice President of Marketing & Community Relations, Vice President of the Affordable Home Ownership Development Program, and Assistant Director of New Programs & New Construction Development.
Ms. Graham spent four years with the NYC Public Development Corporation, providing neighborhood revitalization grant funds to local development corporations.
Prior to her employment with NYC, Ms. Graham spent four years with the NYS Urban Development Corporation, ensuring minority/women owned businesses participation on agency projects.
Ms. Graham earned a B.A. in Business Administration/Management & Marketing from Baruch College, City University of New York.
