Rent Administration Borough and District Offices:
The Borough and District Rent Offices provide information and assistance to tenants and owners of rent controlled and rent stabilized apartments. Tenants can request registered rent histories of their apartment as well as information about cases that may affect their rent. In addition, they can access Fact Sheets and forms on many topics including rent overcharges, leases, services and security deposits.

Owners can request registered rent rolls for the building, case information and related copies of orders. They can also receive technical assistance in completing rent registration forms and applications pertaining to major capital improvements, rent restoration, and Rent Control- fuel and MBR reports.
All District Offices are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

By Train: Take the #6 Train to Zerega Avenue. Come down the train stairs. Exit to the right (east). Walk down the street two blocks and make a left turn onto Halsey. You will see a tan building on the right that is 2400 Halsey Street.
From Queens by Car: Merge onto I-678 toward Whitestone Bridge. I-678 North becomes Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take the exit toward Local Streets. Turn slight right onto Bruckner Blvd. Turn slight right onto ramp. Turn right onto Zerega Avenue. Turn right onto Halsey Street.
From Brooklyn by Car: Merge onto I-678 toward Whitestone Bridge. I-678 North becomes Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take the exit toward Local Streets. Turn slight right onto Bruckner Blvd. Turn slight right onto ramp. Turn right onto Zerega Avenue. Turn right onto Halsey Street.
From Manhattan by Car: Take the I-95 North Cross Bronx Expressway/I-95 North toward North and East. Take the exit (exit number 8) toward Castle Hill Avenue. Turn slight left onto Cross Bronx Expressway. Turn left onto Castle Hill Avenue. Turn right onto Westchester Avenue. Turn right onto Zerega Avenue. Turn left onto Halsey Street.
By Subway: Take the # 6 train to Zerega Avenue. Exit on the right side of train Station, Walk up Zerega approximately 2 blocks to Halsey Street. Make a left on Halsey Street, Metro is the tan Building on the right -2400 Halsey
